Happy Father's Day to Jeremy!!

I just love this picture!  James wants to do anything to be just like Jeremy!  I love how right now it is so cool to dress like dad with matching shirts and vans!  It is soo cute!  I know it won't be like this forever and soon enough everything we do as parents will be uncool.  But I do cherish these moments when the simplest thing like dressing alike means so much to a 4 year old!

Jeremy you are an amazing father and husband!  James and Mckenzie absolutely adore you and look up to you!  From the matching outfits to the "sack of joy" at bedtime you are pretty much the coolest dad ever! 

 

I LOVE YOU and thank you for being such a great example to our kids!

North Carolina 2010

We went to NC again this summer and had a blast visiting Auntie Nea Nea, Uncle Jeff and sweet baby Layla!  We spent most of the time just relaxing!  It was such a fun vacation and so hard to leave.  Don't grow up too fast Layla!!!  We love you guys so much, thanks for such a fun time!!!

 

We went to the beach in Wilmington, it was such a fun time!  James & McKenzie "surfed" (really boogie boarded)with Uncle Jeff!  We saw lots of Jellyfish in the water... Jenea and I were not fans of this at all.  Luckily you could see them because they had a little bit of brown on them... but still..it was scary!

We also checked out this Farm with all sorts of animals!  It was soo hot and humid, but super fun!  We fed a black bear, cows, camel, llamas.... sheep, goats... you name it was there!  Pretty cool little place.  The only thing we didn't get to see was the Alligator.

 

the twins went running from this Llama, not sure who was more scared... the twins or the Llama!  ha!

This is my favorite picture... so cute the twins helping uncle jeff!  Jeff even had James inside the truck pressing the gas pedal for him as he tried to jump his friends truck!! 

   

Toy Story 3

Toy Story is a HUGE hit in our house!!  We literally were counting down the days until Toy Story 3 came out in the theater!  We saw it in 3D which ended up being a mistake because the twins didn't wear their glasses.. so they watched a blurry movie!  Oh well.  I thought they would think the glasses were cool!  James and McKenzie went decked out in their Toy Story clothes and even brought their Woody and Jessie dolls... it was adorable walking into the theater!

 
 

We happened to see this on Father's Day, which was also the first movie Jeremy has seen with the twins.

Happy 30th Birthday Jen!!!!

Good times with our besties the Gregors!  Seriously am I this behind on my blogging that I'm going back to May!!!!!  Yikes!  Well a 30th Birthday for sure deserves a shout out on the blog... better late than never!  We had such an amazing time celebrating your 30th Jen!!!!  Have we really known each other for 15 years????!!!  CRAZY!!!!!  I love you sooo much!!!!!
